My weight program is based on the law of cause and effect which is the basis of all my therapy. One day in your past you were the right weight no matter how far back in time you go. Today you are not. Why? Somewhere along your life you have programmed your subconscious mind unconsciously without realising it to over eat due to some form of negative cause. The main causes include boredom, stress, unhappiness etc…

The inner voice of your consciousness is always telling you that you should not be over-eating. But you choose to ignore this voice because you are mentally weak and unaware of your inner self. Now you are paying the consequences by becoming physically unhealthy, but don’t worry the time has come for you to change by reversing your mental attitude back to how it used to be.

Through relaxation I will help you to change your attitude by removing the negative causes and help you to create a happy positive mental attitude towards healthy eating. This will assist you in correcting your eating habits and re-educating you into eating the right amounts of food at the right times throughout your day. This will also help to kick start your metabolism and burn off the unnecessary weight naturally and effortlessly. The voice of your subconscious mind will soon magnify and become stronger towards eating what you like, eating the right proportions of foods, teaching you when to stop eating at the point you feel satisfied, removing any deeply rooted food cravings from your subconscious mind and learning how to avoid binge eating in between meals unless there is a genuine need which will in turn make you mentally strong leading to a physically healthy lifestyle.

Quit Smoking


Having a calm and relaxed attitude is vital towards becoming a permanent non smoker for life. Characteristics such as tension, stress and lack of relaxation are just a few major reasons as to why people find it difficult to give up smoking. Another cause is the fear of not being able to survive or cope within a difficult situation. Relaxation is a fundamental principle in achieving this quit smoking goal. There is no constructive reason why you cannot become a permanent non-smoker again. It is fair to say you were not born with a cigarette, thus your body can cope without it. Your body never had a need to smoke, it was you who gave your brain this suggestion and triggered this process by programming your mind to smoke. Through relaxation, I will help you to remove your craving for smoking and re-program your subconscious mind to remain as a permanent non-smoker for life. How can it be for life? Through using the technique of self analysis, I will check and make sure that you have broken the habit of smoking by eradicating any kind of deep rooted feelings that you have towards smoking, including nicotine cravings, feelings of taste or smell towards cigarettes.

Increase self-Confidence


We are all born with a positive confident attitude from the outset whether you are aware of it or not. Only through wrong thinking and negative conflicts, we express a lack of confidence. Our inner self or soul or consciousness; call it what you like is already positive. It is like a light inside of us. Let me give you a clear example of the inner self.

When you see the sun outside and the extent to which the light covers the sky, it can take just one small cloud for the sun to be blocked. It does appear as if the sun is no longer there. But we know that the sun is still there. Exactly in the same way, the light being confidence is inside all of us. But when the mind becomes clouded the light ceases to exist and that’s when we feel disturbed, upset, nervous, depressed and negative expressing a lack of confidence. Through self analysis I can help you to remove these negative thoughts which are known as clouds or conflicts. You may feel that you have suffered from lack of confidence all your life and there is no way back. But let me tell you, this is untrue. You may ask me why? This is because...

We frequently hear people saying my soul is damaged… It is destroyed … there is no way back… You see, our soul consciousness is like a picture screen. When people are watching a film some will cry and others will enjoy. Everyone will be affected differently according to their own perception of the pictures. However when the film is finished the screen is exactly as it was before the film started. The screen is undamaged, unbroken, untouched, a pure white screen without a trace or memory of what had just taken place only moments ago. We as human beings are exactly the same. Our negative and positive attitudes are like actors on the screen and yet the screen is never affected no matter what takes place on there. It cannot become damaged or destroyed because it is separate from our mind and is part of the universal consciousness. So relax, wake up and move forward from today no matter where you are in your life. You cannot sink any lower and so now the only way is up.

Overcome Phobias, Anxieties & Fears

These are all different types of mental disorders. It does not matter which one you suffer from they can all be cured.

I am sure you have heard the common saying that "you have made a mountain out of a mole hill", this is exactly what you have created in your mind.

At some stage in your life through wrong thinking you have created negative thoughts. Through repeated thinking of these thoughts you have unconsciously focussed on these thoughts to the extent that you have caused them to multiply in numbers drawing associations of other like negative thoughts. These thoughts become so powerful that they lead to a negative attitude.

At the moment you may feel that there is no escape or way out. Everything you see through your eyes appears to be covered in darkness. The root cause for all mental disorders, triggers and traumas are deep rooted in the following:

•    In your past
•    In your subconscious memory
•    In your thoughts, feelings and emotions

Through self analysis the negative feelings, thoughts or emotions will be removed, but not the memory. Why, because we need the memory to remind us in the future where we went wrong in the past in order to avoid making those same mistakes again. Failures and mistakes remind us that if we are honest with ourselves it shows us how weak we once were. We should overcome them to regain mental growth and strength. Failures are successes if we don’t give up on achieving the goals we set out to achieve. Each failure awakens and strengthens you mentally.

Anger Management


Anger management = Concentration.

Anger and temper are two of many fiery characteristics possessing short fuses which must be harnessed. Massive concentration and reserve energy has been lost through this problem. People don’t realise the amount of concentration that is lost especially if you have many goals and aspirations you wish to achieve. It is vital to conquer this in order to ensure that your energy is unlimited with plenty of reserve which most people don’t have. It would be fair to say that many health problems such as high blood pressure etc are caused through characteristics such as loss of temper and anger.

Exam Preparation & Performance

Mental growth is vital towards exam preparation and studying for a degree. Through self analysis, I will help you to have an intellectual edge over other students within your class or year. You will learn how to convert the negative pressure that you experience by channelling that pressure into a positive resource towards your exams. Your attitude towards your studies will be stepped up to the highest degree giving you lots of determination, effective time management, focussed concentration, more confidence and a powerful memory through developing a calm and relaxed state of mind. 

Negative pitfalls are demonstrated as a degree starts, towards the end 70% of students just study enough to get by, thus creating a destructive attitude from the start. This needs to change immediately from the outset towards studying as each year of the degree will be taken into consideration, and if the marks are below average this in turn will cause you stress and much regret. The time has been lost; you cannot reverse the time back.

Time never waits for anybody so ….

A confident student – because they are confident they don’t revise much or worry too much. They present a laid back attitude which is a confident attitude. They achieve their goals but not to the highest standard which is a shame because with the combination of my therapy and their confidence they could attain higher grades. Having a mental edge plays a big part in getting the grades you desire.

A non- confident student – the problem they have which I have seen repeated time and time again. They work just enough to get by. Four to five weeks before the exam they start to revise and the exam nerves and anxiety take control of them until the last day of the exam when it is all over.
This exam anxiety is consuming 50% of their concentration to drift every day which in turn blocks their memory. Remember memory is vital on exam day. The memory function also depends on how relaxed you are. Through therapy I can help you to remove these anxieties towards your exams so that you have 100% concentration for the next 4-5 weeks before your exam commences.

Sports Analysis on Football


As a mind coach I can help you as a player or your team to accomplish its goals, whether you are facing a threat of relegation or trying to win a promotion. I can build your team’s confidence and help them to develop a permanent positive attitude. I can give players the mental edge that they need in order to perform to the best of their ability during a match.

Generally, players progress mentally and physically through practice sessions and matches on a seasonal basis which in my view tends to be a very slow process. By adopting my methods, I believe the player’s performance will improve within weeks, but this is only possible through dedication and commitment to mental work. This consists of focusing your mind through concentration and building on relaxation, determination, visualisation, sharpness and awareness; overcoming complacency, not losing your temper and being mentally strong enough to not be affected by crowds, boos and distractions on and off the field.

If this mind concept is not exercised during the week before a match is played then it is fair to say that a player will encounter problems with stress and disappointments in any sport. However through mental work one will learn to have mental growth, a stable playing attitude, consistency and a powerful concentration.

I can also offer to carry out a mental x-ray on a player one hour before a match is played to remove any anxiousness which if not dealt with in advance could result in poor performance. This can take between ten to fifteen minutes to settle a player’s mental state of mind and help that individual to regain one pointed focus and a clear head for the match.

Three Dimensional Awareness

Every top footballer have one thing in common, that is they have a three dimensional awareness type of attitude whilst they are playing football. 
This type of attitude consists of the following three elements:

1)    They are consciously aware that they are relaxed whilst playing football and;
2)    Whilst maintaining this relaxed state, they are able to read the game more constructively and;
3)    Whilst the above two mental states are in effect, they are consciously aware of what they are going to think in terms of how to attack or defend the opposition in a controlled and constructive manner in response to the situation presented to them

Whilst the above three elements come into effect simultaneously, these players are relaxed and ready at the same time which creates a mentally stable attitude to perform to their full potential.
My unique coaching can help players to develop this three dimensional awareness as well as dealing with any personal problems they may have which could subconsciously be affecting their performance during a game.




Healing Injuries Through Relaxation


Frequently players are injured through playing sports. Many players when injured tend to focus on the physical injury itself mentally through wrong thinking, without realising that they are magnifying these negative thoughts which prevent the body from healing naturally. The secret is to relax and detach your mind mentally from the physical injury itself.

A player may obtain a medical x-ray in order to explain the cause of their injury but may still feel that something is wrong even when the results of the x-ray is positive. In medical terms, this is referred to as a psychosomatic state of mind.

Through self analysis I can establish if the cause of a player’s injury is mental or physical. If the injury is mental it can be cured fairly quickly through mind coaching and if the injury is physical then the role of a physiotherapist would be required. However a relaxed attitude would still be of great use to the player during the healing process.

A series of multiple injuries can create vulnerability in a player’s state of mind towards incurring further injuries. In this instance, previous patterns of fear of getting injured need to be removed from the subconscious mind in order to develop a non injured mental state of mind. The key is to build your mental awareness to the highest level by creating a relaxed state of mind in order for fast healing to occur.
