What the myths and truths of hypnotherapy?
The truth is, when under hypnosis, you have complete control over your actions. You are able to use all of your senses, as well as think, talk, walk and move your body at will. In a typical session, you lie on a recliner with your arms and legs uncrossed to encourage complete muscle relaxation and close your eyes to eliminate visual distraction. At any time, you can come out of a hypnotic state at will. Nothing prevents you from opening your eyes, getting up from the chair and walking out the door.
Since hypnosis requires your full co-operation, you can never be compelled to do anything that violates your ethical standards, spiritual beliefs, sense of good taste, or personal preferences.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotic techniques in such a way as to bring about therapeutic changes. An external influence – the Therapist – assists in activating the inner resources of a person – the Client – in order to achieve realistic goals.I am a qualified Hypnotherapist with over twenty years experience in dealing with a broad range of problems and a registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists (NCH).
As your therapist I will assist you with communicating in the most effective way with your unconscious mind.
Whilst under hypnosis, you still have complete control over your actions and can come out of a hypnotic state at will.

What is Self Centered Therapy
This type of therapy is an alternative to Hypnotherapy but it will still bring about the same desired results.The basis of Self Centered Therapy is using the art of counselling, cross examining and observational methods to tap into your subconscious mind through self analysis.
This independent type of therapy allows an individual to perform this upon themselves through focussing and questioning their negative beliefs and problems objectively whilst at the same time being guided by the therapist.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a powerful tool used to strengthen a person’s mental growth. It is also the science of calmness and relaxation.Meditation can help you to create a powerful concentration, which once developed will assist you in reprogramming your subconscious mind towards your goals without any limitation. In turn, this state of relaxation will give you one pointed focus towards your goals aswell as overall good health.
You will experience and feel inner bliss, peace and full freedom.
Meditation purifies the mind and this purification of your mind is the seat of power. Meditation will help you to resolve your issues by breaking down your deep rooted problems and destroying any conflicts and boundaries that you have created in the past through negative and wrong thinking.
Whatever state of mind you want to achieve i.e positive attitude, become highly confident etc… you will need to destroy your negative thinking pattern by erasing these negative thoughts from your memory before you can begin to reprogram the type of attitude that you want to achieve. Most people today, attempt to change their attitude without having achieved a relaxed state first which consequently causes them to fail at the first hurdle.
Mediation is also the perfect tool to create a higher state of mind, develop your extra sensory perception (ESP) aswell as bring out special talents by helping you to learn to listen to your inner voice or intuition which will effectively guide you towards reaching your goals.
What is Sports Analysis?
Sports analysis is based on the mechanics of the mind, body and breath. It is important to understand how each of these components function independently of each other aswell as how they work together simultaneously.The most important way to improve your performance at any sport that you may wish to become a professional at is to ensure that the mind is working in harmony with your breathing pattern. This is because when the mind is disturbed through negative or wrong thinking the breath becomes out of rhythm and in turn this creates disharmony within your body causing lack of concentration towards your game which will lead to poor performance.
My mind coaching uses very simple but constructive techniques to deal with the root cause of your problem towards any sport. This is because all sports have one mental component in common, that is that they are all based on having a mentally confident positive attitude.
It must be noted that when the mind is disturbed through negative or uncontrolled imagination, your concentration decreases down to 50% towards the sport that you are playing. Therefore, your performance towards your game is only 50% in terms of input which is where the difference lies between an average player and a highly confident player.
